We are seeking 2 RegisteredNurses to join the team at our aged care home in Port Kennedy.Reporting to the Facility Manager, we have two permanent part-timepositions to work across the following shifts.
Shift times vary, formornings (0700 – 1515) and afternoons (1500 –2200) About therole: As a Registered Nurse youare responsible for clinical care and case management. Supervision,direction, support and leadership of nursing and care/support staffwill also be required.
Take immediate actionto ensure nursing care is delivered in a safe and effectivemanner providing direction to Enrolled Nurses and CareWorkers Complete assessmentand/or admission requirements Maintain an effectivereferral system to senior nursing staff, medical staff and/orallied health staff Ensure that clinicalrecords reflect care, in line with all accreditation standardsand legislative requirements Providecoaching/mentoring/training to staff where required Aboutyou: You genuinely care aboutyour team and residents and enriching the ageing experience. Currently registeredwith the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency(AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse Relevant clinicalexperience in aged care including a solid understanding of theAged Care Accreditation Standards and AN-ACC fundingmodel Ability to workindependently and professionally Ability to motivatestaff and promote a positive work environment Strong written andverbal communication skills and able to confidently useclinical information systems Commitment to aperson-centred care approach when providing careservices Working withBethanie As a RegisteredNurse at Bethanie, you'll experience a range of benefitsincluding:
