You'll develop genuine connections with our customers and their loved ones and assist them to optimise their health and wellbeing and support their independence.This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. You will be operating independently in the community, travelling to visit clients regularly and for emergency situations. You will also have flexibility and autonomy, working from the local office in Wagga Wagga and your home office.What do we need from you?You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills, and have an empathetic, patient, and caring nature.
