Assist in planning, assessing and evaluating our clients needs with the help of our multidisciplinary team, to promote positive health outcomes. The Registered Nurse provides clinical support to our clients and collaborates with our support workers to deliver exceptional care to our clients in the community. Based at Wagga Wagga and services Riverina areas such as Albury, Cootamundra, Gundagai, Tumut, Temora, Junee and surrounds, for clinical and nursing support.
