What you will do?As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
Holistic assessments in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care, and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffPositive resident experience through resident-centred approachYou must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards.Who are you and what will you bring?Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical careStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to careInterested?
