Responsibilities: Assist with clinical needs for NDIS participants as a Compassionate Registered Nurse. Provide comprehensive nursing care with a person-centered approach. Deliver day-to-day nursing care to clients in accordance with their nursing care or medical care plan. Perform direct care activities including, but not limited to, wound management, catheter management, medication management, chronic disease management, palliative care, continence assessments, and other nursing treatments and assessments. Work within Community Nurses policy and procedures. Manage the collection of accurate health care information and maintain accurate health care documentation as required. Develop and maintain, in consultation with the client, their Individual Support Plan (ISP). Exhibit excellent problem-solving and conflict management skills. Be flexible to work independently and as part of the team. Note: This role may become permanent for the right candidate. Job Details: Job Type: Casual
Pay: $50.00 – $56.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
