Registered Nurse

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing training packages and amending policies and procedures to provide high-quality care in various areas, including:
Complex Bowel Care
Enteral Feeding and Management
Tracheostomy Management
Urinary Management
Ventilator Management
Subcutaneous Injection
Complex Wound Management
Severe Dysphagia Management
Key Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training programs for clinical staff.
Review and update existing policies and procedures to ensure best practices in patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective care strategies.
Provide clinical support and guidance in complex patient cases.
Qualifications:
Formal nursing education (Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent).
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, ideally in specialized nursing areas.
Current Registered Nurse license in Australia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
