We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing healthcare team at the Brecks Group. As an RN, you will play an integral role in providing high-quality patient care and assisting in the development and implementation of care plans. Our ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for delivering exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
– Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities.
– Assess patients' overall health status and develop individualized care plans.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
– Monitor and document patients' progress and any changes in their condition.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and comprehensive patient care.
– Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
– Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
– Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
– Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
– Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively as part of a team
– Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
– Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
– Current BLS and ACLS certifications
