Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Bluehaven Aged Care Facility
Employment Term: Permanent part-time available (up to 10 shifts); successful candidate must be available for all shifts (mornings, afternoons, and nights - including every second weekend) Location: Bluehaven Aged Care Facility - Ingham Remuneration: $41.66-$53.56 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take-home pay) + Penalties & Allowances Rural & remote allowance of up to $250 per fortnight in addition to your fortnightly pay (up to $6,500 per year for 24 months - prorated based on shifts) Sign on and retention bonuses of up to $27,500 over 24 months If you're looking to relocate to Ingham, we can assist with a highly attractive rental and relocation package of up to $12,500 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed)

You will provide person-centred care to your residents, using your clinical skills to improve their quality of life and ensure their safety. You will:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope Consider physical, social, and psychological requirements Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members What makes a difference for us?
