About the Role As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients.
You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients and co-ordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.
To be successful in this role, you will have: The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent).Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.About Singleton Health Centre The Singleton Health Centre is located at the Singleton Military Area, approximately 1 hour north-west of Newcastle.
This Army base is where infantry soldiers complete their initial employment training.
The health centre provides primary medical, nursing, dental, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services.
Standard operating hours are Monday – Friday 0730-1530.
