As a Registered Nurse of our compassionate Ashleigh House team, you'll be empowered to grow, develop, and make everyday life easier for the residents we deeply care about.
Key Responsibilites: Provide high-quality care to residents. Undertake clinical, social and self-care assessments. Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality standards. Anticipate residents' changing health needs by updating care plans and assessments. Wound Care Management Support the residents and their families by addressing queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns. Support, coach, monitor and direct care staff.
