Part time permanent role, 15 hours per weekAbout the Role: As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the FacilityManager and Clinical Nurse to provide clinical care and casemanagement. Supervision, direction, support and leadership ofnursing and care/support staff will also be required.
Takes immediate action to ensure nursing care is deliveredin a safe and effective manner, providing direction to EnrolledNurses and Care WorkersEnsures care plan changes reflect any change of aresident's conditionMaintains an effective referral system to senior nursingstaff, medical staff and/or allied health staffEnsures that clinical records reflect care, in line withall accreditation standards and legislative requirementsAll Registered Nurses that commence at Bethanie will participatein our RN Mentorship Program. The purpose of the program is tosupport your onboarding experience and help you transition intolife at Bethanie.
