Your part in our Blue Care team Registered Nurse | Blue Care | Mackay Homefield Aged Care Facility Employment Term: Permanent part time (minimum 45 hours per fortnight maximum 75 hours per fortnight)Location: Mackay Homefield Aged Care FacilityRemuneration: $40.45 - $52 (based on experience) permanent base rate (+23% for casual rate) + 11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 (increases your take home pay) + Penalties & AllowancesR&R allowance of $250 in addition to your fortnightly pay for 12 fortnightsSign on and retention bonuses of up to $20,500 over 24 months (based on FTE)If you're looking to relocate to Mackay, we can assist with an attractive relocation package of up to $5,000 (reimbursement upon receipts once employed)As a Registered Nurse, provide person-centred care to your residents, ensuring a safe environment within the facility and applying your clinical skills to improving their quality of life through activities that include:
Assess, plan and implement client care within your scopeConsider physical, social and psychological requirementsCreate and update care plans to reflect developing needsEnsure clinical quality compliance standards are metWork collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team membersWhat makes a difference for us?
