You will collaborate effectively with clinicians, clients, and external service providers and work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.This is a temporary 0.5 /7-day roster position (5 days per fortnight), working alternate weekends and public holidays as necessary. The position is for 12 months with every possibility of further extension.Initially the successful applicant will be orientated to the service during the week to ensure clear understanding of documentation requirements and models of practice used by the team. This will be expected to take 4-6 weeks maximum. A Mentor would be assigned to support and guide with input from NUM, CNS and Nurse Practitioners in wound management and continence.
