About the opportunity: We are seeking Permanent Full Time, Part Time and Casual RN's. The candidates will be focused on delivering resident-centered care and are able to provide leadership and guidance to the extended team.
To provide outstanding resident care with clinical outcomes in line with national best practice standards, thus promoting a culture of quality, safety and excellence in care delivery. The Registered Nurse (RN) will:
Support, action and coordinate the provision of high quality, comprehensive, evidenced-based, resident-focused care that meets the individual needs of the resident;Assist residents to lead an active and meaningful life as independently as possible;Meet the expectations of the residents' legal representative and the organisation;Act as Team Leader, role model and a resource to other staff;Supervise staff and physical resources;Communicate and collaborate with other health professionals.The ideal candidate will possess the below: Registration with AHPRAMinimum 12 Months experience working as RN in AustraliaAbility to lead and support a multi-disciplinary teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience managing day-to-day clinical issuesGood knowledge of the Aged Care Quality StandardsCurrent Police CheckWorking Rights in AustraliaWe offer competitive rates, access to our state of the art EAP and medical support provider, discounted private health insurance and banking products, and discounts for employees through our benefits provider.
