With excellent organisation, communication, and management skills, you are adept at ensuring that all general office administration requirements are carried out efficiently and effectively, including those that require proficient MS Office skills.
The role The role will see you answering incoming calls and greeting all visitors in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
You will conduct basic administrative duties including sorting mail and managing deliveries.
You will assist all staff by passing on messages with accurate and concise detail, particularly assisting the CEO and leadership team with duties including diary management, projects, and events.
Additionally, you will oversee our general administrative and housekeeping duties such as:
Organising flights and/or accommodation for staff Sourcing and booking external training and meeting venues Liaising with building management and cleaners where necessary Ordering required office supplies and maintaining the cleanliness of office areas About Us We believe in delivering great products and services to our clients while having fun in the process!
When we are not busy taking client calls, meetings, or clicking away on our PCs, we will be whipping up a latte with our coffee machine, chilling out with a book in a bean bag, or winding down over a drink and some party pies at Friday afternoon office-wide catch-ups.
