The Role As a Registered Nurse at Infinite Aged Care, you will play a vital role in meeting our residents' daily needs and delivering high-quality, person-centric care to residents and families.
You will be responsible for the total care of the resident, including their physical, emotional wellbeing, and safety.
You will enjoy the autonomy to make decisions while being supported by the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams.
Additionally, you will act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others, and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.
About You You possess the ability to think on your feet and communicate effectively, building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
We hire on attitude and aptitude; experience in the aged care sector is not required.
However, you must be aligned with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
Your qualifications include:
A Bachelor of Nursing degree. AHPRA Registration with no restrictions. A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or the ability to obtain one). A positive team attitude, initiative, and a commitment to delivering quality work. A caring-centric approach to your work. A passion for enabling residents to live life to the fullest.
