The new multi-million-dollar expansion will help Knox Private deliver an expanded and enhanced service offering for our patients and will further cement our reputation as a world-class healthcare facility.
2023/2024 Expansion Project includes: Three story North Tower with two wards (60 beds) , upgrade to Knox Heart Centre (our non-invasive diagnostic cardiology), both recently commissioned, upgrade and increase in ICU and CCU beds, 16 chair renal dialysis unit and Specialist Consulting Suites
As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Providing evidenced based nursing care
Liaising with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensuring patient and staff safety
Delivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery
Supervising, directing and guiding nursing team members Enrolled Nurses and Assistants in Nursing to deliver excellent patient care
Current Registration with AHPRA with minimum 2 years experience
Working with Children check
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Sound clinical decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Works well independently and within a team
Basic computer skills
