This is for a Permanent, Fixed Term or Casual appointment at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency   An opportunity exists for a talented and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join the team at Meekatharra Health Service – Midwest.   To be successful, you will have... Competent nursing practice within the relevant practice setting including evidence of triage competency and other basic competencies to provide safe and quality patient's care. Competence in planning, coordination and decision making in the management of patients, within the relevant practice setting. Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team member. Demonstrated incorporation of quality and risk management within practice. Position Profile: Undertakes the daily management of the delivery of quality patient and resident services, through the efficient and effective utilisation of human, physical and material resources. The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at 76 select locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months (WA Country Health Service - Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program).
