The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our dynamic clinical team, you'll be pivotal in delivering safe, competent, and contemporary clinical care to our residents. Moreover, you'll play a crucial role in providing supervision and support to enrolled nurses and personal carers, ensuring a resident-centric approach and high level of customer service.
What you can bring to the role: A tertiary qualification in nursing or hospital equivalent certificate; Current registration with AHPRA; A genuine interest for working in aged care; An ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and to lead teams to achieve great outcomes for residents; A capacity to manage a diverse and demanding workload; and Flexibility for shift work. To be considered for employment with Respect, each candidate must satisfy the legislative requirements of Aged Care Worker Screening to ensure suitability to work in the aged care industry.
