Known for its scenic beauty along the Macleay River, Kempsey offers a blend of natural landscapes and a rich cultural heritage.What you will doThe Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representativesDevelopment and evaluation of individualised resident care plansSupervise and support Personal Care WorkersClinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication managementLiaison with medical and allied health care staffProvision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality StandardsPositive resident experience through resident-first approachWhat you will bringRegistration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essentialMinimum 2 years experience in providing clinical careStrong verbal and written communication skillsHold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain)Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to careInterested?
