This is a brilliant opportunity for a newly graduated or experienced Registered Nurse to join a well establish and positive team at our Juniper Bethshan aged-care facility in Katanning! As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans. Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and the awareness of AN-ACC required assessments A willingness to work within a person-centered, enabling environment, that respects the rights and needs of each individual, is essential for success in our organisation. Successful candidates willing to relocate to Katanning will be eligible for a relocation allowance up to $5,000 and initial accommodation assistance.
