General practice experience is desirable, specifically with chronic disease management & basic procedures.
Furthermore, you must be professional, efficient, hardworking & can create a good rapport with the patients & team.
This practice is seeking someone with a positive attitude, passion, committed to the role & willing to work collaboratively with the team of nurses.
Position Description: A typical day in general practice would include administering vaccines, wound care, triage, assisting with minor procedures, stock control, health assessments, managing patients with chronic health conditions, data quality & administration duties.
Skills & Experience: Current AHPRA registration: RN qualified.
Knowledge of chronic disease management is essential.
Capacity to multitask, prioritise and good time management.
Must be pro-active with a can-do positive attitude.
Professional presentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior General Practice nursing experience is advantageous.
Computer literate.
After Hours Requirements: No Salary Information: $35 - $42 per hour.
