You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide co-ordinated patient management, provide assessment of patients, and co-ordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.To be successful in this role, you will have:The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent).Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.About Robertson Health CentreRobertson Health Centre is located on Robertson Barracks in Holtze, 15km east of Darwin. It is home to the 1st Brigade & 1st Aviation Regiment. The facility has a routine dependency of approximately 2800 members, with a large reserve component. The Barracks also accommodates an additional 2500 US marines every 6 months from May to September. The health centre provides primary medical, aviation medical, nursing, pharmaceutical, dental, physiotherapy and mental health services. It also operates a 22-bed low dependency ward 24/7. Standard operating hours are generally 07:30 – 15:30 Monday – Friday (depending on role requirements and specific craft groups required for weekend and on-call shifts).About YouYou are a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse who is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare.
