Located between beautiful mountains and the sea, Calvary The Brelsford provides care for 101 residents and includes a memory support area.
The home is well known in the community for the amazing care provided thanks to our wonderful team who work together to provide high quality care in this home-like environment.
About the role: As a Registered Nurse you will work collaboratively with residents, our dedicated team and families to ensure a high standard of individualized care for each of our residents.
You will be provide clinical leadership, support and mentoring to our care team, using your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build collaborative relationships.
Facilitating input from residents, their families, our team and internal and external health professionals you will enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents.
We currently have Full time opportunities, with various shifts available across a fortnightly roster starting from 9:00 am until 4:30 pm, for Registered Nurses to join our team!
What you bring: Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care Demonstrated experience in assessment and care planning of the older person Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated computer literacy A desire to join a team committed to the care of others For enquiries please contact Aged Care Recruitment on: ****** Why work for Calvary?
