About the role Reporting to the Home Manager at Calvary Mirridong, located in Bendigo, we currently have an opportunity for a Registered Nurse in-charge to join our team for covering 3 nights a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights).Key Responsibilities Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services, and a quality lifestyle for our residents. Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements, and regulations. Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes.
What you bring An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred. Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organization.
