About the Role:
Registered Nurses are an integral part of high-quality care provision and are required to supervise and inspire care workers to ensure excellence in care to the residents. To be successful in this role you will have the utmost respect, empathy and a passion for aged care. Some of the responsibilities will include:
Providing quality resident-focused and clinical care.
Effectively supervising and leading a team of carers.
Undertake assessments, treatments and documentation to the highest standards.
Take an active role in getting to know the residents and families.

Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2 years’ experience working in Aged Care in Australia
Proven skills in clinical care, clinical decision making and palliation
Well-developed knowledge and experience in Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) and the development of care plans
Demonstrated ability to implement clinical care policies, practices and procedures
Detailed knowledge of aged care accreditation standards, relevant legislation and continuous quality improvement
Rights to work in Australia
