ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for delivering holistic care, with the aim to ensure health and happiness.
You will develop strong relationships with the residents you care for, their families and your team members.

ABOUT YOU Experience in an Aged Care environment would be advantageous (not mandatory) Ability to work as a team player with strong communication and computer skills Compassionate, dedicated and caring nature with the ability to build strong rapport with residents and colleagues. Current registration with APHRA as a registered nurse Current NDIS Worker Screening (for NDIS homes) & Police Check Membership to a professional association (such as the Australian College of Nursing) is desirable. Supported by the Care Manager, you will: Liaise with the resident, their family and relevant health professionals in the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of individualised resident care Deliver evidence-based clinical interventions to promote the well-being of residents Oversee care delivery to ensure optimal outcomes for residents Develop plans of care in consultation with the resident, their family and relevant others, which meet the needs, goals, and preferences of residents Monitor resident's health status and, using your clinical judgement, escalate any concerns Report and record information relevant to the residents' care and condition, ensuring confidentiality, in line with Australian Aged Care legislation, Aurrum policies and procedures, and legal requirements. Offer guidance and leadership to other team members and students.
