Assess and monitor residents' health status Develop and implement individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments Provide compassionate care to residents and their families Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards Qualifications:
Current AHPRA Registration Minimum of 2 years of experience in aged care as a registered nurse Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Passion for geriatric care Benefits:
