This vacancy is for Casual, Fixed Term and Permanent appointments at various hours per fortnight, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency   Opportunities exists for talented and enthusiastic Registered Nurses to join the Midwest Community Health Team in Geraldton and Carnarvon.    To be successful, you will have... Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 02/12/2024. Position Profile: In collaboration with the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse Community is responsible for the provision of quality primary health care to clients and families. The Country Nursing & Midwifery incentive program is available to new and existing nurses and midwives - across a broad range of patient-facing roles - on fixed term or permanent contracts at 76 select locations. Eligible nurses and midwives can receive between $5,000 and $17,000 in support over 12 months (WA Country Health Service - Country Nursing and Midwifery Incentive Program).
