About the roleOur team at Germanus Kent House in Broome is looking for 2 x Registered Nurses to coordinate and lead the delivery of client-focused care for our residents and clients in the community. As one of our valued Registered Nurses, you'll get to use your clinical expertise and skills to deliver exceptional care to our valued residents.

We'll also be asking you to:
Deliver direct & comprehensive nursing care & individual case managementCoordinate external services to individual residents / clientsProvide education, counselling & group work services to promote improved resident health outcomes.Support & educate our enrolled nurses & other health care workersHave flexibility to work within the residential facility and out in the community.Experience and qualificationsWith a good two to three years of nursing experience under your belt, you may already be working in aged care or perhaps you've been contemplating moving into the aged care sector.A genuine desire to work in aged careAn understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care Standards, Aged Care Act & Quality of Care PrinciplesWorking knowledge of AN-ACC requirements.The ability to mentor, lead & support a small teamA good eye for detail & resilience to multi task whilst under pressureGreat interpersonal & communication skillsAPHRA Registration, Aged Care Experience desirableWhat's on offer$35 to $45 depending on the experience and APHRA Registration date. #J-18808-Ljbffr
