Germanus Kent House is at the heart of the Broome community and features a modern, state of the art facility, incorporating the natural beauty and vibrant culture of the Kimberley region into its design.As one of our Registered Nurses, you'll be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide high standards of person-centered care to all our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to improve both their clinical and leadership skills.Your responsibilities will include:Supervise and direct the delivery of client focused care delivered by staffAssess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.Develop individual care plans in consult with clients and significant othersComply with all relevant legislation and policies.Uphold the organization's values and principles in all areas of service deliveryAbout you:As a Registered Nurse, you'll hold a valid AHPRA registration and possess great interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be detail oriented and can work well in both a team environment and independently. You can apply your clinical knowledge to any given situation and achieve quality client outcomes. Experience in Aged Care is ideal, but not necessary.
