We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Deliver a premium care experience to clients that is authentic, compassionate, and tailored to their individual needs.Provide care in alignment with the client's care plan, developed by the Clinical Nurse.Ensure the client's safety by meeting their specific needs and using all equipment correctly and safely.Maintain accurate and thorough records and documentation.Offer comprehensive caregiving and nursing support to clients.Demonstrate reliability and the ability to work independently.Assess and manage wound care, including understanding wound behavior and developing creative treatment plans.Oversee medication management and administration.Comprehend and manage diabetes care effectively.Handle catheter management, including IDC/SPC insertion, removal, changes, and ongoing care.Perform duties within your scope of practice and training.Skills & Experience (Nurses Only): Experience in catheter management (within scope of practice and training) is valued.Preferred experience in wound care management.Familiarity with medication management is desirable.Proficiency in diabetes care and management is advantageous.What We Offer - Competitive wage

Mandatory Requirements A genuine passion for making a positive difference in people's lives.A self-motivated, reliable individual who takes responsibility for their actions and success.Open to feedback and willing to learn through constructive guidance.Current AHPRA registration for Nurses.Valid First Aid and CPR certification.Manual Handling.Working with Children Card (Blue Card).NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card).Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.A current Queensland driver's license and access to reliable transport.Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations, where applicable.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $50.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 14 per week
