THE ROLE Carers Link is a reputable NDIS and Aged Care provider, established for over 24 years, providing excellence in home care services in the local and wider Brisbane community.
We are expanding our NDIS and Aged Care services and have an exciting permanent part-time opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work alongside specialist Allied Health professionals to support the team and Clients with our Innovative Memory Support Program.
About the Opportunity As a Registered Nurse, you'll be part of an experienced and dedicated team helping to create a professional and supportive care experience for our Aged Care and NDIS clients in their homes.
You'll provide clinical leadership and education for staff, which includes Coordinators, Case Managers, Enrolled Nurses, and Community Support Workers.
You'll provide holistic in-home nursing care and follow client care plans, conducting assessments and responding in a timely manner to clients' changing health care needs.
To be successful in this role you will require: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRAExperience in providing community nursing care for Aged Care and NDIS customers (desirable)NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain)Blue Card (or willing to obtain)National Police Check (or willing to obtain)Completion of mandatory NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willing to complete)Evidence of COVID Vaccinations or a valid exemptionQualification in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similarABOUT CARERS LINK Carers Link is a progressive, innovative company.

This is a part-time role, approximately 10-15 hours per week, but could lead to full-time work.
