Job Responsibilities: Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to our residents in this 94-bed home.Ensure effective and person-centred care and service delivery for all customers.Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care for customers in accordance with the scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.Be fully supported with Registered Nurse Supervisors, a Clinical Care Manager, and Enrolled Nurses on-site.Minimum Requirements: Commitment to the Aged Care industry and experience within Australia.Professional clinical skills.High level of English skills (written and verbal).Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members.We Offer: Ongoing training, support, and professional development.Career progression opportunities and a flexible workplace.A wonderful family-oriented team and great communication.Salary packaging options and tax benefits of up to $15,900 plus an additional $2,650 in entertainment per year available!Important: All aged care employees and visitors must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 to enter an aged care facility.
