Key Responsibilities Providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care, services and most importantly a quality lifestyle for our residents. Ensure compliance throughout the home with Aged Care Quality Standards, legislative/statutory requirements and regulations. Able to multitask, prioritise, delegate and manage the delegation process to ensure appropriate quality outcomes within expected or non-negotiable timeframes What you bring An active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a Registered Nurse Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care is preferred Experience with ACFI and accreditation requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission-based organisation Why work for Calvary?
