The Role We are looking for Registered Nurses, who are passionate about a person-centered approach to care, to join our 87-bed facility in Kempsey NSW. You must be dedicated to working and understanding the residential aged care environment and standards. We have a range of shifts available and a culture of high-level empathy and compassion for our residents.
The Location Kempsey, New South Wales, is a charming town situated on the Mid North Coast of the state. Known for its scenic beauty along the Macleay River, Kempsey offers a blend of natural landscapes and a rich cultural heritage.
What you will do The Registered Nurse is responsible for ensuring:
Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives Development and evaluation of individualised resident care plans Supervise and support Personal Care Workers Clinical care including wound management, palliative care and medication management Liaison with medical and allied health care staff Provision of safe, high quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards Positive resident experience through resident-first approach What you will bring Registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse is essential Minimum 2 years experience in providing clinical care Strong verbal and written communication skills Hold NDIS Worker Checks (or willing to obtain) Be passionate about delivering a person-centred approach to care Employment details:
