The Job Use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver personalised care to our residents in this 94-bed home.
Ensure effective and person-centred care and service delivery for all customers.
Provide safe and effective evidence-based care through assessing, planning, implementing, delivering, and evaluating care for customers in accordance with scope of practice, and coordinated health and allied services care planning.
Be fully supported by Registered Nurse Supervisors, a Clinical Care Manager, and Enrolled Nurses on site.
Requirements of this job include: Commitment to the Aged Care industry and experience within Australia.
Professional clinical skills.
High level of English skills, both written and verbal.
Collaborative and friendly approach to all team members.
