Essential Criteria: Registration: Current and valid registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. Selection Criteria: Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated extensive and recent critical nursing skills and experience, demonstrated resuscitation experience desired. Currently working in Critical Care Nursing or minimum 6 months recent critical experience. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team. Evidence of participation in own professional development and commitment to maintaining competence and enhancement of skills, and willingness to apply and share professional expertise with colleagues. Capacity to work seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays. Demonstrated effective communication skills- written and verbal.
