We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night duty team on a permanent part time basis covering night shifts.
With penalty rates in play, this could be the perfect role for an experienced Night Duty RN.
We currently have 24 hours available per fortnight for the right candidate.
Current Shifts Available: Successful candidates also have the ability to pick up additional shifts to cover planned and unplanned leave.
The Role As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide a range of clinical care and support services for our residents, assisting them to experience a greater level of independence and ensuring their health and wellness are supported.
These include: Providing and monitoring the care of residents Using a systematic approach to clinical decision-making Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships Collaborating with the health care team to achieve resident outcomes Participating in the development of a supportive environment with the team To be successful, you will have: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration Minimum of 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse (desirable in-charge) Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a police check Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain during flu season) Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits A caring team environment with strong clinical and allied health support Career progression and development opportunities Generous salary packaging and not-for-profit tax benefits – claim up to $18,550 tax free An Employee Assistance Program for staff and family Free annual flu shots Apply now Our application process takes less than 10 minutes.
