Our delightful and modern care home is situated in the green, leafy suburb of St Ives on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. Conveniently positioned on Mona Vale Road, the home is a central location to connect with the Northern Beaches, Wahroonga, and Sydney CBD. It consists of 98 beds, with a variety of care units. The heart of the role
You'll play an integral role in delivering person-centred care for our residents, supported by a team of carers. At Bupa, you're encouraged to develop real relationships with residents, making it easier to provide better care and helping you to make a difference to our residents' quality of life. This means you'll gain greater satisfaction and pride seeing the long-term impacts your expertise can add to Bupa's more holistic form of care. The Registered Nurse role will be offered as a part-time permanent position to cover AM, PM, and night shift rosters of the Care Home.

What will you bring?
A passion and energy for world-class care. AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential. Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
