About your opportunity: Permanent part-time, 56 hours per fortnight Utilising clinical skills, knowledge and experience, the position holder will deliver a high standard of evidence-based person-centred care to patients, providing support to patients, families, and other healthcare colleagues within the Hughenden Multipurpose Health Service.
The ideal applicant will be someone who has proven ability and can demonstrate the following:
Comprehensively assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Knowledge of legal and professional responsibilities. Build and maintain effective relationships with the multidisciplinary team, patients, and other stakeholders, including participation in relevant networks. High standard of written and oral communication skills within the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families. Use or learn to use information systems appropriate to the position. Provide clinical education and support and demonstrate own ongoing professional development. Competency as outlined in the NMBA - Registered nurse standards for practice. Generous remuneration package value up to $89,499 p.a.

Salary range of $41.73 to $53.53 p.h.
(Nurse Grade 5) Annual leave with relevant loading 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation. Requirements: Proof of qualification, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and possession of a current practising certificate.
