It has a supportive team environment with the opportunity to learn and develop acute care skills in two complex specialities. The ward has a clinical nurse facilitator based on the unit and a strong senior team to offer ongoing support and mentoring. The team culture is based on Calvary values and provides a welcoming, inclusive environment to ensure clinical outcomes for our patients are the main focus.
Key Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment.What you bring Minimum of 2 years Nursing experienceAHPRA RegistrationDemonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital settingAbility to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activityDemonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary teamDemonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skillsA desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisationFor further information on the ward or to arrange a tour of the unit please contact Kate Ingles on 6278 ******
