Medical Registered Nurses The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. The Acute medical unit is a twenty-five bed unit offering cardiac, respiratory, and general medicine. The unit supports admissions via our Emergency Department. Applicants will require at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Neurosurgical/Cardio-Thoracic Registered Nurses The neurosurgical and cardio-thoracic ward is a twenty-two bed ward specialising in neuro and cardiothoracic surgery. The unit has a supportive team environment with the opportunity for individuals to grow their acute care skills in two complex specialties. There is a strong leadership team to offer ongoing support and mentoring. Applicants will require at least 3 years of experience working in a similar setting.
What you bring Registration with AHPRA and in possession of a current practicing certificate. Working with Vulnerable People Check. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated clinical competence in the area of specialty if required.
