The Registered Nurse will be responsible for: Building strong connections with clients and their familiesPerform duties in line with the Nursing Award - Registered Nurse Level 2Organise support to clients with disabilities and monitoring and reporting on their progressReferring clients to agencies that can provide additional helpAssessing client needs and resources for health, welfare and other facilities and servicesMaintaining accurate records of incidents and feedback as requiredRe-organising work priorities to meet the needs of a fast-paced environmentSupporting all clients to meet their goalsConducting Client Care Assessments and Care PlanningDiscussing and promoting Right at Homes services with medical professions and referral sourcesReporting to head officeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMonday to Friday –8.30am-5.30pmFull, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements.Experienced in assessing and planning care needsSound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systemsA strong client focus which is based on their goals, preferences and needsCurrent National Police CheckNSW Working with Children CheckNSW Full Drivers LicenceAll candidates must have the right to work in AustraliaOrganisational, administrative and time management skillsNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid & CPR CertificateCheck us out at www.rightathome.com.au/snsw
