Your Role
As a Registered Nurse with BaptistCare supporting clients in the Goulburn/Mulwaree/Upper Lachlan Shires and surrounding area, you will coordinate the delivery of high-quality care and services, enabling our clients to remain living at home. You will develop genuine connections with clients and their loved ones, implementing innovative strategies to optimize their health and well-being, thus supporting their independence.
What do we need from you?
You will have an unrestricted Australian Driver Licence and a reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance. You will be a strong communicator with resilience and patience. You will be a proficient user of smartphone technology, apps and email.
You must have:
Registered Nurse qualifications with current AHPRA registration;
Proven experience working within budget and service delivery parameters; and
Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team.
