Permanent Part-time or full time - 80 hours available $40.15 - $50.68 per hour + Salary Packaging About the role The Inpatient Rehab (IRP) Unit provides assessment and rehabilitation for patients within a 30-bed facility.
This position is working within a multi-disciplinary team of medical nursing and allied health.
In this role you would be dealing with a variety of patients recovering from a stroke, orthopaedic surgery and other health conditions were function has declined requiring rehabilitation to assist with regaining function and discharge planning to the next appropriate location of care.
The staff in Inpatient Rehab work closely in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best practice standards of patient care and service delivery that meets the needs and preference of our patients, families and carers.
As a member of staff, you will be supported and empowers to deliver inpatient services, ensuring education, training and clinical competence meets the requirements of the clinical specialities across the inpatient services and must have the availability to work across all shifts including morning, afternoons, evenings and nights over a 7-day week by roster.
