We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to join our friendly team on a Permanent Full Time basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.
What you will be doing: Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals Documentation and accurate record keeping What we are looking for: Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration 2+ years experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference Permanent availability over AM and PM shifts What we can offer you: Relocation or sponsorship assistance Continuing professional development Not for Profit Salary Packaging - up to $18550 tax savings Permanent Full Time employment, $75k-100k AUD salary A friendly and supportive team environment Rewards Program, Retail Discounts and other benefits
