We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our candidate pool servicing the Western Suburbs of Victoria.

About the Role As a Registered Nurse with MP Recruitment, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care, clinical expertise, and compassionate support to patients. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care, including assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for efficacy. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all compliance and safety protocols. What We're Looking For Qualifications: Current AHPRA Registration. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in acute, community, or aged care settings. Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to adapt to diverse patient needs. Clearances: Current First Aid and CPR certification, National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and up-to-date immunizations. Why Join MP Recruitment?
