A typical day in this position involves working within a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes. You will ensure that delivery of quality, efficient and effective person-centred care meets the needs of each individual patient as well as their families/carers. You will also be responsible for making referrals to support patient's ongoing care once discharged from our service.
You will be supported directly by your Nurse Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2, as well as other senior nursing positions within our DACS organisation. There will be ample opportunity for ongoing education and professional development.

Newcastle Pharmacotherapy Services is an organisation located in Hunter New England Local Health District. We are an organisation that provides support and management of patients receiving treatment for Opioid Dependence within a community setting.
