To be successful you will have significant experience in an acute ICU setting with a high standard of clinical care.
As a Registered Nurse – Critical Care/ICU, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing careProvide complex and multi-disciplinary careWork collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needsAct as a role model for Safe PracticeSupervise, direct and support nursing team membersDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needsSupervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient careMinimum Requirements: Current / Valid Authority to Work in AustraliaBachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalentCurrent Registration (no restriction) with AHPRAAt least 3 years' experience as Registered Nurse in an acute ICU, HDU or CCU settingsPost Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU (or working towards) is highly desirableProven Clinical experience in an ICU environmentClinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvementCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsSelf-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning teamHighly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focusedApplications close: 3rd December 2024

If successful, your pay will be based on EBA 23 - Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF — NSW Nurses' & Midwives' Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 with an hourly rate ranging between $35.46- $49.79 per hour.

Applicants will be required to provide a current National Police check, WWCC (where applicable) and Evidence of right to work in Australia prior to appointment. Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
